App does not have any of the features it claims to have. Cant find locations as its not connected to any map, cant check favorites with the heart..etc. Its quite frustrating as my phone number is already part of the rewards club and doesnt show my purchases. I will be deleting this app for sure.

No fee ice cream as promised. I hate it when they lie

Despite turning notifications off, this app has somehow circumvented the iPhones allowed notifications and sends advertisements to your phone. Worse yet, these continue once you delete the app and dont show up in the notifications record (and no, its not coming through as a text). Im fairly certain this violates apples terms of service and I hope action is taken against marble slab for this.

This is a really nice app for marble slab/Maggie moo lovers reward point that can be used at any marble slab

This app is wonderful .. It gives you 10 times to spin on the ice cream jack pot and I won a 10 % off coupon to any creamery I want to go to

Easy to use application. I like how i can see my rewards and any coupons at my local stores.

I just downloaded this app and it located the store in Jersey City NJ. I showed the Welcome Coupon on the app and was first told I had to print it out and when the other employee came over, they changed their story to they do not accept it. I told them to remove themselves from the listing and locator which was pointing out their store on the app, and they said they knew!? False advertising & consumer fraud, dont waste your time with this company.

Free ice cream for my birthday! Like the favorite feature, I travel a lot and like to be able to save my locations when I am out of town.

Im very impressed with the level of thought put into this app. The locator and favorite store ability. The fact that it integrates with passbook is a plus. I also appreciate that eat store can load its coupons for their specific location. Its aesthetically pleasing too. 5

Poster in the store clearly says five dollars off with app download. When you actually download the app you only get two dollars off and the app isnt working.

This app has worked great for us. We received the $5 off that was advertised upon downloading in our rewards section and then an addition $2 coupon from our store. We are already in our way to free ice cream!

It is great looking application. It downloaded quickly but did not give me a $5 coupon yet.

Great concept but it doesnt really benefit the consumer to have the app if not every Marble Slab location promotes using it. The location I frequent doesnt scan in my rewards because the, "system is [always] down." If I cant get my points, I dont need the app.

Ive been trying to get my verification code for over three days now and I still have yet to receive anything. And most of the stores dont even support it because the system is always down.

The app cannot locate stores, or allow me to log in to my account.

Store sign said $5 off for signing up. You wont get that until you have earned 50 points. It seems they just want my phone number to sell to telemarketers.

I dont know why the locations have advertisements for this app yet they dont accept it!!

Theres a store - thats been here for some time, so its not "new" - right around the corner from me, yet the app says it cant locate any stores within 25 miles. I expand the search to cover the entire STATE and it still cant locate any stores. Wont let you view their menu until you "locate a store", but wants you to "Like" them on Facebook. Lousy way to earn first-time customers! And since Ive already been to Maggie Moos (Austin, TX), Im fairly certain my suspicions are well-founded: overhyped, overpriced, and flavorless. Ill delete this app and stick to the much-better locally-owned creamery. Dont waste your time; even though the app is "free", youll pay for it.
